The house is prepared for you upon your arrival. This means that we have made the beds and we provide you with towels for your stay in the house. Beach towels are not included. 

If you stay one week or more in the house the cleaning is included in the price, otherwise a cleaning fee of 80 Euros is added to your bill. 

The house is equipped with Internet connection through fiber. The speed is 600 Mbit/s. Throughout the house you have access to WiFi. Connection through cable is also available. 

TV is provided through Movistar.

To make it easy and convenient, two parking lots are assigned to the house. One parking spot is situated outside and one parking spot is located indoor in a car park. Both parking spots are inside the gated community. 

You can easily operate the gate to the area using a remote control. 

Prices vary throughout the year:

• January 7th - February: 130 €/day
• March - April: 150 €/day
• May: 180 €/day
• June: 230 €/day
• July - September: 280 €/day
• October: 180 €/day
• November - December 22nd: 130 €/day
• December 23rd - January 6th: 230 €/day

Agency fees might be added. Minimum stay is 3 days during Sep-June and 5 days during July and August. Cleaning is included at departure for stays of 5 days or more. Stays shorter than 5 days are charged 110 €.

Discounts are available for stays longer than three weeks during November 1st - December 22nd & January 7th - April 30th.
